MEET YOUR COACH: DAINA BEHE
As a lifelong athlete, Daina has always been passionate about learning and teaching fitness. She has trained in many movement disciplines, including powerlifting, strongman, dance, yoga, Pilates, aerial fitness, and competitive horseback riding, giving her a well-rounded and adaptable approach to coaching.

Nutrition is also a true passion for Daina. She has helped countless clients make gradual, sustainable changes to their eating habits that lead to lifelong results. Whether someone is just beginning their health journey or is a seasoned athlete, Daina creates personalized plans that align with each client’s goals, lifestyle and needs.
​
Daina is a Precision Nutrition Master Health Coach, ACE Certified trainer, a certified aerial fitness instructor, a certified barre and Pilates instructor and a USAPL powerlifting club coach. She remains committed to continuing her education to better serve her clients.

At Triton, we offer one-on-one training for clients looking to lose weight, gain strength, and live a healthier lifestyle.

As part of our program, we guide clients through proper techniques of weightlifting, provide first-hand knowledge on the benefits of exercise, and offer advice for furthering their fitness journey towards continual growth and achieving goals.
GROUP FITNESS

Based around our love of upbeat class settings, Triton guides participants through a timed workout consisting of different exercises at different stations based around the philosophy of HIIT (high intensity interval training) to gain superior cardiovascular, strength, and respiratory health.​

Specialty classes including Pilates and barre are available.

We also work with equestrians to maximize fitness for superior performance in the saddle.
HEALTH + NUTRITION COACHING

As an added bonus, the coaches at Triton are certified nutritional experts who can offer full meal plans based on the idea of consuming ''whole foods''.

Coaches can provide clients with meal planning, outlining daily meals and suggested grocery shopping lists.

SLEEP, STRESS AND RECOVERY​

Triton coaches specialize in helping clients with sleep, stress management, and recovery (SSR). The SSR approach addresses the hidden factors that often derail progress and lead clients to quit. By identifying nervous system overload, chronic stress patterns, and recovery gaps, training and nutrition are adapted to meet clients where they are. This method supports better sleep, improved energy, resilience, focus, strength, and consistency, helping clients move through burnout, stay on track during stressful seasons, and achieve lasting results rather than short-term fixes.
