Everyday Energy, the signature corporate wellness program by Triton Total Health, is a streamlined program designed to improve daily energy, focus and movement for desk-based and travel-heavy employees. The program emphasizes realistic, sustainable habits employees can apply immediately at the office, at home, or on the road without disrupting productivity. We focus on stress management techniques, along with nutrition and movement.
Live Workshops
The signature program includes 6 bi-weekly 1-hour live sessions done in person or via Zoom. All sessions are recorded for on-demand access.
Challenges
Each session includes a challenge tailored to the participants to encourage daily healthy habits.
Nutrition Coaching
